They are very helpful and really work around your schedule the best they can! Also not sure if this is the treatment I need yet. But we will see. The only downside is how expensive it is. And that when I first started they didn’t tell me how much it was going to be just for the consultation. That was frustrating….

Dr. Mercedes as I love to call her because, she is truly a high end experience of care, continues to help me improve. Adjustments from her are one piece of the care, she also guides me of ways to keep improving on my own!

The experience was great. Dr. Cook is exceptionally knowledgeable, enthusiastic and enjoys working with her patients. She genuinely showed interest and care in helping me overcome my restless leg syndrome. The whole practice is impeccable from checking in with the assistant to the zen room. Dr Cook takes a great deal of care and time to ensure she understands all of the symptoms you are experiencing, and upon evaluation, fully explains what may be the cause, and what exactly she can do to help (and all of the things you may never considered that were also being impacted by a misaligned spine for example). I learned more from Dr Cook in my first visit with her, than I did in three years of suffering through my primary care network. Most importantly, she wants to attack the root cause, rather than just throw treatment at it.

Upper Cervical Chiropractic has truly changed my life for the better! I am a 23 year old diagnosed with Meniere’s Disease at the age of 15. Debilitating vertigo attacks were completely taking over my life for about 5 years. My attacks then faded to only a couple times a year, but I was constantly nauseated and dizzy feeling like I was on a boat. We tried every single possible medication, procedure, doctor’s recommendation, and even surgery and nothing could relieve this everyday feeling. Dr Cook is very attentive to her patients. She keeps detailed notes and follows through from the previous visit. What I love most about her upper cervical practice is that if you are “holding” and don’t need an adjustment. she lets you know and does not adjust you!
