Meet Gina:

Gina Worful is the founder of the Mastering Mindfulness Institute. While she’s a classically trained registered dietitian, her work is far from conventional. Gina’s frustration with the diet industry’s notoriously poor success rate drove her to dive deeper into human behavior to understand why we sometimes resist or sabotage diets. 

This led her to develop science-based methodologies that empower people in their health. Today, the Mastering Mindfulness Institute teaches people how to leverage mindfulness to transform their health from the inside – out.
